LLB, BA. Admitted to practice in New Zealand in 2008 and 2012 in Australia.
Penny studied at Victoria University of Wellington and spent a semester studying abroad at Rijksuniversiteit in Groningen, The Netherlands. Penny was admitted to the High Court of New Zealand in 2008 and the Supreme Court of NSW and High Court of Australia in 2012.
After 3 years spent travelling and working overseas, Penny brings a range of knowledge and experience having worked for a well known boutique law firm in London specialising family law matters. She joined Etheringtons in March 2012, in the Family Law and General Litigation divisions.
Penny also takes an active role in the business development and marketing of the firm.
