It is important to get your point of view across. Not every case is straight-forward and we make sure you are well-represented in either a negotiated outcome or a defended hearing. This can result in variations, or even the withdrawl of AVOs.

Advice on your rights and obligations

An Apprehended Domestic Violence Order or an Apprehended Personal Violence Order is not in itself a criminal offence, but breaching it is. We will help you negotiate a reasonable outcome. We will seek to ensure your best interests are taken into account in any matter and will ensure you also know your rights and obligations if an Order has been taken out against you.
