SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Blake is a Senior Associate with over 8 years experience in commercial and insurance litigation. During this time Blake has been involved in the prosecution and defence of a number of significant claims, including defending a multi-national financial institution in the largest case ever brought by a liquidator in the NSW Supreme Court.

Blake also has valuable in-house counsel experience with Australia's largest retailer - where he was responsible for the overall supervision of insurance claims made against it in NSW and ACT. This experience has resulted in Blake developing a sound appreciation of both the legal service requirements of his clients and their commercial needs.

Blake frequently represents clients in all State and Federal jurisdictions and has extensive experience in conducting large, complex and multi-party litigation.
Blake has a strong commercial approach to litigation and prides himself on his ability to successfully resolve disputes at an early stage.
