SOLICITOR

Tim Lam completed his BA (Philosophy)/LLB at Sydney University, and was admitted as a Solicitor in 2007. He joined Etheringtons in March 2007 and also completed his Masters of Law (Corporate & Commercial Law) in 2007.

Tim works in Civil Litigation, with experience in Local, District and Supreme Courts, as well as the CTTT. He provides advice in debt recovery, commercial, corporate and intellectual property matters as well as internet law matters.

Tim is a member of the NSW Young Lawyers Civil Litigation Committee, NSW Young Lawyers CLE Committee, Australian Copyright Council and the Society for Computers and Law.
