Look, it’s the most common thing that I’m asked by people who take proceedings, cause people are generally very afraid of going to court, it’s an intimidating experience. Most of the time the answer is no, it is unlikely that you actually will end up with a judge deciding your case. Probably about 90% of my cases end up resolving but ultimately it will be your decision as a client. You as the client will be given an advice as to what the chances are and what the best outcome would be and the worst outcome if you do go to Court and usually there’ll be an offer as well and so you can compare both and you can make the decision whether you want to accept any offer or go to Court, so ultimately it can come down to you and your own preference.
